Shipping & Returns orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Shipping service are processed and shipped in 4-10 business days, depending on product availability. 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occured to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at
